Oak and ash blanket chest

This blanket chest is made from oak with ripple ash panels.

When the lid of the chest is open, it reveals that internally the panels are cedar of Lebanon, a wood used not only for the pleasant smell, but also the insect repellent properties.

The removable drop-in tray has dovetail joinery, and is the ideal place to store smaller items of linen.

Materials: Oak, ash cedar of Lebanon.
