Sycamore and oak bedside cabinets
These bedside cabinets are made from contrasting sycamore and oak, highlighted by the handle detail.
The drawers are built using traditional construction techniques (dovetail joints, free fitting drawer bottoms, slips and muntins) and are wide enough to accommodate a man-size box of tissues.
The cabinets are finished using an acrylic lacquer, as this gives a good lustre to the wood and provides excellent protection.
Materials: Sycamore and oak.
